Check Order Status

If you have an account, you can check the status of your order by logging in to your account. Otherwise, you may call us and we will be happy to give you an order status update. Please note, we will email you with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Ordering Instructions

We make every effort to make ordering online as easy as possible. If for some reason you have are having trouble, give these instructions a try:

Step 1: Add Products To Your Cart
In order to purchase a product, you must add the product to your shopping cart first. To do this, simply click the "Add" button next to any item. After you add a product to you shopping cart, you will be redirected to your shopping cart. If you would like to continue shopping.

Step 2: Proceed To Checkout
When you add a product to your cart, you are automatically redirected to the checkout page. If for some reason, you navigate away from the checkout page, you will need to navigate back to the checkout page. To do this, press the cart icon in the navigation bar.

Step 3: Enter Your Information
The next step in the process is to enter your shipping and billing information. If you have an account, you can sign in and our system will populate your shipping and billing information from when you setup your account. If not, we recommend setting up an account during checkout so that repeat orders are easier.

Step 4: Review And Submit... Success!
After you are done entering your information, just press the "Place Order" button. If everything goes well, you will be redirected to a success page with your order number. We will email you a copy of your order and update you as your order progresses through our system. If you encountered an error, feel free to contact us and we will help you out.
