You assume all risks associated with providing this information to ElectricalHub, including any reliance of its accuracy or completeness. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, currency, or quality of any information you input to the Services.
Your website visits- If you visit our website to shop, research or order the products and services we offer, we will collect data related to your commercial history like the products or services you have purchased, obtained, or considered. We collect this information to achieve our legitimate interest of better understanding our customers' interests and how to provide and improve the Services. We may also use this data to communicate with you about products, services, or promotions that may be of interest to you.
Your online activity- When you visit our websites and online channels, we may automatically collect technical data from your online activity like your IP address, device ID, session data, referral URL, pages visited on our website and content interactions. We collect this information to achieve our legitimate interest of managing and improving the Services. ElectricalHub uses a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor to collect, process, and store your payment information. When directed by you via the Services, our payment processor will store your payment information in a tokenized format in association with your User Account. We never collect or store payment information on our systems.

ElectricalHub does not offer our Services to, or target, persons under the age of 18. No individual under the age of 18 should attempt to use the Services or provide any Personal Information to ElectricalHub. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 18, we will delete that information.
A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer's hard drive. Cookies allow websites and platforms to analyze user trends, remember a user from one session to the next, and enable certain features to function. ElectricalHub uses first-party cookies to track and remember user sessions on the Services. For example, we may collect your IP address, general location, browser type, or technical details about your session. We also use Google Analytics cookies to measure use and effectiveness of our Services and we allow doubleclick.net to place cookies for adwords.
We collect this information with a legitimate interest in supporting and improving our Services. You can adjust your settings on the Services or your device browser or you can install a third-party plugin to block cookies or alert you when a cookie is set. Blocking cookies may prevent you from using certain features on the Services.
Electrical Hub only retains Personal Information for the minimum period necessary to provide our Services or achieve our business goals. For example, we retain your User Account information as long as your account remains active. If you close or delete your User Account, we will delete the Personal Information associated with your User Account according to our company policies. We retain your order details in association with your name and email indefinitely to comply with our legal and regulatory requirements related to the products and services we offer. We retain other data about the products or services you have considered or purchased for up to two years. Cookie data may be retained for up to two years or for only a few minutes. We securely delete data at the conclusion of the applicable retention period. ElectricalHub reserves the right to retain data for longer periods as required by law or court order or if doing so is critical to our business.
ElectricalHub will only disclose Personal Information to the third parties as described in this section, with your permission, or as required by law. In the preceding 12 months, we have disclosed Personal Information for a business purpose to the following third parties:
Service Providers. We use service providers like our payment processor, IT support, email and data hosting providers, and data analytics services to support and provide the Services. As such, our service providers may have access to the Personal Information we collect if necessary to perform their contractual obligations to us. Other third parties, as permitted by applicable law, for example: if we go through a business transition (e.g., merger, acquisition, or sale of a portion of our assets); to comply with a legal requirement or a court order; when we believe it is appropriate in order to take action regarding illegal activities or prevent fraud or harm to any person; to exercise or defend our legal claims; or for any other reason with your consent.
ElectricalHub has implemented and maintains reasonable security measures to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. For example, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology protects User Data, using both server authentication and data encryption, ensuring that User Data is safe, secure, and available only to authorized persons. ElectricalHub is owned and operated in the United States and all data on our systems is encrypted and stored on servers in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your Personal Information will be transferred to, processed, stored, and used in the United States. When your information is moved from your home country to another country, the laws and rules that protect your Personal Information in the country to which your information is transferred may be different from those of the country where you live. For example, if your information is in the United States, it may be accessed by U.S. government authorities.
ElectricalHub does not warrant that the Services are appropriate or authorized for use outside of the United States. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Services complies with applicable laws. By allowing us to collect Personal Information about you, you consent to the transfer and processing of your Personal Information as described in this section.
ElectricalHub provides you a variety of methods and options to directly control how we collect and use your Personal Information, including but not limited to:
User Account- You have the option to access, correct or update, or delete certain Personal Information through your User Account settings.
Emails and Communications- We may send you informational or support emails related to your User Account or orders. Depending on your communication preferences, we may also send you marketing emails. If you do not wish to receive emails from us, you can unsubscribe or change your preferences via the links provided in the emails or send a request to support@electricalhub.com. Note that if you opt-out of marketing communications, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.
Device Settings- You can control the data we collect through cookies and related technologies by adjusting your device settings or your cookie preferences on the Site.
Texting- If you provide us with your wireless phone number, you consent to ElectricalHub sending you informational or service text messages. However, we will only send you marketing text messages if you opt-in to receive these notifications from us. For all text messages, the number of texts you receive will depend on the Services you use and the information you request from us. You can unsubscribe from our text messages by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any of these text messages. Messaging and data charges may apply to any text message you receive or send. Please contact your wireless carrier if you have questions about messaging or data charges.
Opt-Out of Interest Based Ads- You may limit our use of information collected from or about your mobile device for purposes of serving online behavioral advertising to you by going to your device settings and selecting "Limit Ad Tracking" (for iOS devices) or "Opt-Out of Interest-Based Ads" (for Android devices).
Block Location Tracking- You can stop all collection of information by an app by uninstalling it. You can also reset your device Ad Id at any time through your device settings, which is designed to allow you to limit the use of information collected about you. You can stop all collection of precise location data through an app by uninstalling the app or withdrawing your consent through your device settings.
Do Not Track- Do Not Track signals are signals sent through a browser informing us that you do not want to be tracked. Currently, our systems do not recognize browser "do-not-track" requests.
Depending on where you reside, you may be entitled to additional controls over your Personal Information as described below. United States Consumer Privacy Rights
In the United States, consumer privacy is governed by federal privacy laws covering specific industries or data uses and state privacy laws providing with general consumer privacy rights. This section provides informational notices for state privacy laws applicable to residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, Utah, Virginia, and other states require companies to inform consumers about their privacy rights and provide a method to exercise those rights. Residents of states offering privacy protections (each a "Consumer") that apply to ElectricalHub can exercise their privacy rights as applicable to our Services by submitting a Privacy Request to support@electricalhuh.com.
Right to Correct. You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate Personal Information about you on our systems. If you become aware that the Personal Information that we hold about you is incorrect, or if your information changes, please inform us and we will update our records.

ElectricalHub may offer you certain products or services based on your order history, but we do not use automated profiling in a manner that produces significant outcomes for you.
