Tracking Shipments

As soon as your order ships, we will email you tracking information. Simply click the tracking number provided and you will be able to find out where your order is. If you are having trouble, feel free to contact us.

Processing Time

Order processing time usually takes 1 business day. Expedited orders must be placed before 1:00 PM PST on a business day for same day shipping.

If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, we offer USPS Priority.

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 24 days.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping quotes are provided directly by UPS based on total weight, service level and destination.

International Shipping

We currently don't accept international orders online, but we will gladly ship orders international. Minimum order of $100. Payment must be made in advance. If you would like to place an international order, please contact us and we will be happy to give you a quote.
