  • What is the minimum order?

    We have a minimum order of $35 simply because we would lose money processing orders less than that amount. If you want to place an order for less than $35, you may contact us and we will charge you a small order processing fee of $5.

  • Do you offer bulk discounts for large purchases?

    Yes, we do! If you want to place a large order, contact us and we will provide you with a quote. We have very aggressive pricing for large orders, so it will be worth your time to get in touch with us.

  • Do you offer products for sale that are not listed on the website?

    Yes. We stock more products than we have listed online. We also have access to thousands of products that we don't currently stock. If you are looking for something that is hard to find or you want a quote on an item that we don't have listed, please contact us and we will do our best to take care of you.

  • Are credit accounts available to business customers?

    Yes. We offer Net 30 accounts to business customers after we have verified references and acceptable credit history. Please click here to download the application. Fill it out and fax it back to get started.

  • What are your normal operating hours?

    Our normal operating hours are M-F 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM PST. Occasionally, someone will be in the office during the weekend or late at night. If you need something, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

  • Why do I need to enable Javascript and Cookies?

    Our website requires Javascript and Cookies to work properly. If you don't have them enabled, you won't be able to checkout and complete your order. If you need help enabling Javascript or Cookies, please visit our support page on the topic. Alternatively, you can call and place an order over the phone.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If you have a credit account with us, you may checkout using your credit account and pay your invoices with a check. We also accept bank wires for large purchases.

  • What happens if there are one or more items on my order that are not in stock?

    We try and avoid this if at all possible, but unfortunately sometimes it does happen. If you place an order and we don't currently have an item in stock, we will contact you promptly via email and let you know. Unless you specify otherwise, we will ship the items we do have in stock and when the backordered item(s) come in, we will ship them out to you UPS Ground at no additional charge.

  • What is the turnaround time for processing orders?

    Orders received before 1:00 PM PST will more than likely ship the same day. Otherwise, your order will ship the next business day as long as we have the items in stock. If you have a rush order, please call us and we will do our best to get it out the same day.

  • How can I make a change to an order that I have already submitted?

    At this point, you have to call us if you would like to make a change to an existing order. We don't charge a change fee as long as the order hasn't been shipped. In the future, you will have the ability to change orders online.

  • Do you collect sales tax?

    We collect sales tax for orders shipping to Washington State, California & Florida, unless we have a resale certificate on file for you. We don't collect sales tax otherwise. If your order is shipped to a state where we aren't yet required to collect sales tax and your order is taxable, you will be responsible for paying sales/use tax directly to the appropriate agency.

  • Do you offer a money back guarantee?

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, we offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Unless the product was defective, the product must be in it's original packaging and in like new condition. Please see our Return Policy for full details.

  • Is my personal information secure?

    Absolutely! We take security very seriously. All sensitive data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology, which is the same technology banks use. We never store your credit card information on our servers and your password is stored encrypted so nobody, including us, knows what it may be. We also have a strict Privacy Policy. In addition, we regularly perform server security audits.

  • Do you offer free shipping if I spend a certain amount?

    Yes. We offer free ground shipping for all orders over $250.

  • Do you accept international orders?

    We currently don't accept international orders online. If you would like to place an international order, please contact us and we will be happy to give you a quote. Minimum order of $250.
