In applications where cavities are not all being used, inserting a sealing plug into empty cavities maintain weather resistance. Each receptacle and/or plug will require a sealing plug for each cavity not used by wires.

Please note: harness design should permit filling wires into cavities from the center out, this supports the center of the harness and allows easier connector assembly.
